• The original oak panels were meticulously stained to a stunning antique walnut finish, preserving their character while elevating the overall design.
✅ Final-Fix M&E, Fixtures & Luxurious Lighting:
Full final-fix mechanical and electrical installation, including upgraded fixtures, fittings, taps, and branded luxury wall lights to enhance the ambiance and functionality of the space.
✅ Tiling & Mastic Works:
All necessary tiling and mastic works were completed with precision, ensuring durability and a high-end finish.
✅ Bespoke Joinery & Custom Features:
