Similar to the work we carried out at Kew House, we were appointed as the main contractor for this project to carry out comprehensive refurbishment works on the communal areas within the Care Home.
We carried out essential fire damper upgrade works via our fire-stopping company, CRONOS Fire Stopping. The work required us to open up the ceilings, gain sufficient access, and perform the upgrades. Once this work was completed, we meticulously redecorated the ceilings and hallways, ensuring they were seamless and beautifully finished with no signs of disturbance.
At West One Services, we managed the entire process, including health and safety protocols, logistics, and coordinating the scheduled works with the general managers.
We supplied and installed high-end luxury wallpapers throughout the corridors, complemented by a high-specification paint finish to maintain the home’s luxurious feel and status as a quality care home.
